海报 presenters can opt to also enter the 海报创作比赛, which is a judged event. Monetary awards are provided to authors of the highest-scoring presentations.

Friday, March 27, 2026 is the 绝对 deadline for poster submissions if you need the DCG Associate Dean of 研究’s office to print your poster. After this date, you will be responsible for printing your own poster at your own expense.

Please submit your poster as a PDF file, named: “LastName_FirstName_海报.”

AU affiliates should use the templates below to ensure the correct AU colors, aspect ratio, and physical size.
